Mafia wars by Zynga is the most popular game on social networking site Facebook. The main objective of the game is to create a criminal empire by mastering levels in various cities.

Always play it smart. Don't use your energy pack when you are near to completing a level. So don't just blindly click on "use energy pack". Instead first check how much experience you need to complete a level and then proceed. So if you need just 300-400 experience points and energy is finished and have stamina left, so do some jobs in Las Vegas or Italy, as they have some jobs which require only stamina. So if you complete those, then you can gain experience points. Also you can click on "Fight" and attack some peep's out there.

So always use your energy pack at the right time !

okSo you have completed all other levels and want to defeat Boss also. No problem, but don't just hurrily click on "Attack".

There are somethings which you need to analyze before you attack Mr. Boss.

• Check your Health and ensure that its full. If not then go to Hospital and heal yourself
• Check how many stun gun, Health kit, Grenade and shiv you have have. Check this by going to Inventory and clicking on "Loot". If these things are less than 10, then I would recommend you not to attack Boss at this stage. Now how to acquire these things is a question and we'll discuss this thing later on.
  
• Check your stamina. If you are going to attack Boss, then stamina must be full.

ok so if you have ensured that all these steps are completed, then you can go ahead and beat that dirty boss.

So now lets see how you can get these stun guns, shivs, health kits and grenades.

We get these things in loot drops by doing jobs. Now the best and easy way to do this is to go to New York and do jobs in two levels namely Associate and Soldier. I know you must have already completed these levels, by if you do it again, then there is a high chance that you can get stun guns, shivs and health kits.

Doing jobs in Associate or Soldier tier doesn't costs much. They just cost 2 or 3 or upto16 energy points, but what you get by doing this is worth it afterall :)

Grenades are mostly got by doing jobs in Las Vegas.

So just keep on doing jobs here till you refill these important things. And then head over to defeat the boss. Never underestimate the power of boss, for if you don't have all these things, then you'll surely die.

Sharing is one very important thing in mafia wars. Different mafia memebers must keep on sending and receiving gifts.

If you are in need of something, then firstly send it to your mafia. Then its a high possibility that they may also gift back, or send the gift back to you.

Also you can publish wishlist to your wall. But just don't do this often, as this is irritating and feels like someone is begging all the time.

From the top right hand corner, click on this gifts icon. Note the items which you can send from here. E.g. if you want shivs, then select it and send it to your mafia. Then its a high possibility that they may also return the gift back to you.

So basically you got what you wanted, the easy way and without even spending your energy.

One of the important aspect of the game is to build a stronger mafia. Keep on adding more and more mafia members. But for this, you'll first need to add friends to your facebook account and then send then mafia wars add request.

This way keep on expanding. The more mafia, the more stronger you are. There are many advantages of more mafia members, and they are you can help them in job, thus your experience increases, you can get boost, you can keep on sharing items by sending and receiving gifts, they can send you energy pack, etc. Thus there are many advantages of increasing your mafia members.

Money is very important. Through money, you can buy new items, buy properties and heal yourself.

So if you have bought some properties, then keep on regularly visiting that "Properties" page and click on "Collect all".

Now another question comes and that is how to utilize that money. Because cash on hand is not good and people may just rob you, so basically you've got nothing. Therefore you can do two things. Either purchase something or deposit that money in bank/vault.

Utilize skill points the smart way. Some people just keep on utilizing their skill points by increasing Energy. Thats not just right. Yes I agree that Energy is the most important aspect of this game but you have also to consider to improve two other things and that is attack and defense.

So aside from just improving your energy all the time, do improve on attack and defense also.
